END USER LICENSE

End User License Agreement with McGrath Info Solution

We will display your product name(non-commercial) or company name(commercial) on our website page of products/companies if you pay an optional $9.97USD/year for this advertisement. Other means will be available to make a product or service stand out.

Canadian and Province of Québec clients: taxes are included.

By using the MIS Specification, you accept to submit to the terms and conditions of this license. You also certified that you are an officer, employee or agent duly authorized to act on their behalf. For a non-commercial product or service, you can make a payment on their behalf.

Upon request, you may give us detailed information about the uses/quantity of the units. This will also allow us to keep statistic and evaluate the potential for other "tags" specific to your applications/needs.

The MIS SPECIFICATION (SPECIFICATION hereafter) The  is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. All titles and copyrights in and to the SPECIFICATION (including but not limited to any images, photographs, animations, video, audio, music, text, and "applets" incorporated into the SPECIFICATION) are owned by McGrath Info Solution.

Limitations
 

You may not alter, merge, modify, adapt or translate the SPECIFICATION. You may not sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the SPECIFICATION. You may not modify the SPECIFICATION or create derivative works based upon the SPECIFICATION. In the event that you fail to comply with this END USER LICENSE, McGrath Info Solution may terminate the license and you must destroy all copies of the SPECIFICATION (with all other rights of both parties and all other provisions of this END USER LICENSE surviving any such termination). You shall not use the SPECIFICATION to develop any software or other technology having the same primary function as the SPECIFICATION, including but not limited to using the SPECIFICATION in any development or test procedure that seeks to develop like software or other technology, or to determine if such software or other technology performs in a similar manner as the SPECIFICATION. The creation of certain lines so that a user can import them into a ".MIS" follow the same rules as PC Software Applications (non-commercial) and (commercial uses).

Ownership


The foregoing license gives you limited license to use the specification. McGrath Info Solution retains all rights,  titles and interests, including all copyrights and intellectual property rights, in and to, the SPECIFICATION and all versions thereof. All rights not specifically granted in this END USER LICENSE, including Federal and International Copyrights, are reserved by McGrath Info Solution.

Termination

McGrath Info Solution may terminate this END USER LICENSE (including your license to use any McGrath Info Solution software) immediately and without notice if: (a) you breach this END USER LICENSE, any other agreement between you and McGrath Info Solution, or McGrath Info Solution's Terms of Use; (b) you infringe the intellectual property or other rights of McGrath Info Solution or any third party or you violate any applicable law or regulation; or (c) McGrath Info Solution is unable to verify or authenticate any information you provide. McGrath Info Solution may also terminate this END USER LICENSE in the event it decides, in its sole discretion, to discontinue offering this SPECIFICATION or its services. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of this SPECIFICATION in your possession or control.
